Property Repair was built around a simple principle: the customer should have one experienced company responsible for getting the work done properly.
For more than 20 years, we have developed our business around skilled people, professional management and dependable delivery.
Today, Property Repair brings together experienced surveyors, project managers, administrators and directly employed tradespeople to deliver property repairs, maintenance and renovation works throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Whether the project involves one trade or an entire programme of works, our role is the same: understand what is required, coordinate the right people and remain accountable for how the project is delivered.

Our fleet, offices, people and projects have changed considerably over the years, but the principle behind the company has remained the same: experienced people taking responsibility for getting property repairs done properly.

NOVEMBER 2003
Where The Property Repair Story Began.

Following severe flooding after the River Dee burst its banks, Property Repair was deployed across multiple streets in Ballater on behalf of insurers, loss adjusters and brokers.
