Founded in Edinburgh in 2003, Property Repair was the original business, before the launch and growth of a number of specialist companies including INSUREPAIR®, ClaimDry, Emergency Repair and VeriClaim.

As the business expanded into insurance reinstatement, emergency response, restoration and technology-led claims services, the Property Repair name gradually took a step back. However, whilst the brands evolved, the business continued to deliver private renovations, maintenance, repairs and property improvement projects across Edinburgh, the Lothians and beyond.

Following a strategic review of the group’s structure, Property Repair now returns as the dedicated home for private residential and commercial property works, whilst the group’s specialist businesses continue to focus on their respective sectors. The restructure brings all brands together under Property Repair Group, creating greater clarity for customers whilst allowing each division to focus on what it does best.
